MANIKA Return Policy


At Manika, each piece is carefully packed and checked twice for quality. If there is any issue, we will resolve it according to our Return Policy.
1. Return Eligibility:

·         Returns are accepted with a 360 degree continuous unboxing video with no cuts ONLY.

·          The video must show the package from the opening to clearly showing the defect.

·         Highlight any damage, mismatch, or missing item at the time of unboxing.

·         The video should end after the damage is identified and displayed.

2. Return Window:
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return:
  • ·         Broken or damaged item.

    ·         Wrong item delivered.

    ·         Missing products in the parcel.

4. Does not Qualify:
  •        An incomplete/interrupted unboxing video

    ·         Colour or size dissatisfaction cannot be a reason for return

    ·         Any used item/items will not be eligible for return.

5. How to Request a Return:

6. Refunds
  •          No CASH refund will be made

    ·         Choose either the same item to be returned or any other item for the price.(Subject to availability).

7. Replacement Shipping
·         For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
·         The replacement product will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
