Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof. Customised jewellery is non-returnable.

Refund Process

Upon verification of returned items, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

• Product arrived damaged or broken
• Incorrect item delivered
• Item(s) missing from package
(Requires unboxing video evidence)

Non-Returnable Scenarios

• Missing or edited unboxing videos
• Dissatisfaction with colour/size
• Used or worn jewellery
• Cash refunds not applicable

How to Request a Return

Submit your unboxing video to manika.jwl@gmail.com. We'll arrange pickup through our courier partner. You may choose replacement of the same item or different item of equivalent value.
